September 23 (SeeNews) - Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] said on Friday the Higher Court of Ljubljana has rejected an attempt, made by peer T-2, to reopen proceedings on a 129.6 million euro ($145.2 million) claim filed against the company.
The procedure was decided in favour of Telekom Slovenije on November 21, 2013, when the Ljubljana Higher Court, in a final judgment, rejected T-2's claim, Slovenia's incumbent telco said in a filing with the Ljubljana bourse.
According to earlier reports, T-2 filed a lawsuit against Telekom Slovenije over alleged abuse of market position and engaging in anti-competitive actions, which, T-2 claimed, prevented it from successfully entering the internet services market.
