January 11 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) rose again on Wednesday, extending their winning streak to a seventh trading session, as trading turnover picked up, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index ended at 1,094.38 points, up 0.57%. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also added 0.57% and closed at 1,383.51 points, LJSE data showed.
Hand tools maker Unior [LJE:UKIG] gained the most among the blue-chips, as its shares went up 2% to 10.20 euro on Wednesday.
Reinsurer Pozavarovalnica Sava [LJE:POSR] paced the decliners, with shares falling 1.24% to 23.90 euro.
Lender Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) [LSE:NLBR] was the most liquid company on the bourse, generating a turnover of 324,765 euro ($349,731). Its shares rose 0.62% to 65.40 euro.
Total daily regulated market turnover increased to 1.6 million euro on Wednesday from 581,726 euro on Tuesday.
