May 10 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) fell for a fourth consecutive trading session on Tuesday, with pharmaceutical company Krka [LJE:KRKG] leading the blue chip losers, bourse data showed.
Krka's shares went down 3.01% to 83.80 euro on Tuesday, LJSE data showed. The drug maker's stock was the most liquid on the bourse, generating a turnover of 1.19 million euro ($1.3 million).
Pharmaceutical products wholesaler Salus [LJE:SALR] was the sole gainer among the blue chips, as its shares advanced 1.43% to 1,420 euro on Tuesday.
The blue-chip SBITOP index dropped 1.99% and closed at 1,114.40 points on Tuesday. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also lost 1.99% to end at 1,311.27 points.
The bourse's daily trading turnover rose to 2.68 million euro on Tuesday from 1.57 million euro generated on Monday.
