May 9 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) fell on Monday, recording a three-day losing streak, as reinsurer Pozavarovalnica Sava [LJE:POSR] paced the blue-chip decliners, bourse data showed.
Sava's shares fell 2.17% to close at 27 euro on Monday, LJSE data showed.
Chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] lead the gainers, with shares rising 0.71% to 284 euro on Monday.
The blue-chip SBITOP index dropped 0.90% and closed at 1,137.04 points on Monday, whereas the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, lost 0.89% to end at 1,337.88 points.
The bourse's daily trading turnover rose to 1.57 million euro ($1.65 million) on Monday from 1.4 million euro generated on Friday.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] was the most liquid company on the bourse on Monday, as its shares switched hands in a total turnover of 861,444 euro. Krka's shares closed at 86.40 euro, down 1.14%.
