November 23 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) closed Tuesday's trading session in green territory, mostly backed by gains in chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG], bourse data showed.
Cinkarna Celje's shares rose 1.97% on Tuesday, closing at 259 euro, LJSE data showed.
Lender Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJE:NLBR] paced the blue-chip decliners on Tuesday, with shares falling 1.02% to 78 euro.
The blue-chip SBITOP index rose 0.08% to 1,240.34 points on Tuesday. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also gained 0.08% and closed at 1,445.67 points.
Total daily regulated market turnover decreased to 954,272 euro ($1.1 million) on Tuesday, compared with 1.1 million euro generated on Monday.
Pharmaceutical company Krka [LJE:KRKG] generated the highest single turnover on the bourse - of 426,931 euro. Its shares went up 0.86% to 117.50 euro.
