September 20 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), the SBITOP index and the SBITOP TR index, slid 2.03% on Monday, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index closed at 1,139.03 points, while the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, ended the session at 1,325.62 points, LJSE data showed.
LJSE's total turnover jumped to 2.9 million euro ($3.4 million) on Monday from 1.1 million euro generated on Friday.
Pharmaceutical company Krka [LJE:KRKG] generated the highest turnover on the bourse, as 1.3 million euro worth of its shares changed hands in 88 transactions. However, Krka's shares still ended 2.24% lower at 109 euro.
Insurer Sava Re [LJE:POSR] lost most of its share value on Monday, with stock declining 4.14% to 25.50 euro.
Only two members of the stock exchange indices gained in share value - financial and insurance group KD Group [LJE:KDHR] and Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG], which added 3.98% and 1.13%, respectively.
