December 7 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) rose on Tuesday on gains in pharmaceutical company Krka [LJE:KRKG] and reinsurer Sava [LJE:POSR], bourse data showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index advanced 1.24% to end at 1,230.31 points. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also rose 1.24% to 1,434.00 points, LJSE figures showed.
Shares of Krka rose by 2.61% to end at 118 euro in a turnover of 355,859 euro ($400,100).
Sava's shares closed at 28.30 euro, up 1.80% compared with the previous trading day.
Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] was the sole decliner among the blue-chips, closing 0.35% lower at 56.20 euro.
Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJE:NLBR] was the most traded stock on Tuesday with a turnover of 1.1 million euro. The lender's shares ended flat at 76 euro.
Total turnover came in at 2.2 million euro on Tuesday, up from 1.2 million euro generated on Monday.
