October 14 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) closed Thursday's session in green territory, as total daily turnover picked up, bourse data showed.
Seaport operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] paced the blue-chip winners, gaining 3.31% to close at 25 euro, LJSE data showed.
Financial and insurance group KD Group [LJE:KDHR] led the decliners, as its shares closed 7.79% lower at 45 euro.
The blue-chip SBITOP index rose 0.52% to 1,174.41 points on Thursday. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, closed at 1,368.94 points, up 0.67%.
Total daily turnover increased to 1.45 million euro ($1.68 million) on Thursday, compared with 474,429 euro on Wednesday.
Lender Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJE:NLBR] was the most liquid company on the bourse. Its shares changed hands in transactions worth 654,335 euro on Thursday. However, NLB's shares closed 1.08% lower at 73.40 euro.
