September 23 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) continued to increase on Thursday, as most of its members closed the session in the green, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index and the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, ended the session 1.23% higher at 1,172.70 and 1,364.80 points, respectively, LJSE data showed.
Pharmaceutical company Krka [LJE:KRKG] gained the most in share value on Thursday, with stock closing 2.70% higher at 114 euro. The company also dominated the daily bourse turnover, as its shares changed hands in 45 transactions worth 582,087 euro.
The total trading turnover on the bourse increased to 1.5 million euro ($1.8 million) on Thursday from 940,691 euro generated on Wednesday.
Insurer Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] was the only loser among the members of the two stock exchange indices. Its shares fell 1.18% to 33.60 euro.
