December 29 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) rose for a sixth trading day in a row on Wednesday, with chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] leading the blue-chip winners, bourse data showed.
Cinkarna Celje's shares ended 2.37% higher at 259 euro on Wednesday, generating a modest turnover of 72,104 euro ($81,880), LJSE data showed.
Financial and insurance group KD Group [LJE:KDHR] paced the decliners among the members of the two stock indices, with shares going down 1.78% to 44.2 euro.
The blue-chip SBITOP index added 0.18% to close at 1,271.25 points. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also gained 0.18%, reaching 1,493.09 points.
The bourse's daily trading turnover went down to 729,675 euro on Wednesday, compared with 1.98 million euro generated the previous trading day.
Petroleum and fuel retailer Petrol [LJE:PETG] generated the highest turnover on the bourse on Wednesday - 245,308 euro. Its shares rose 0.39% to 516 euro.
