August 18 (SeeNews) - Each of the two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) edged down 0.04% on Thursday, as total trading turnover dropped, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index ended at 1,168.43 points, whereas the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, closed at 1,453.86 points, LJSE data showed.
Chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] lost the most among the blue chips, as its shares decreased 1.40% to a closing value of 28.20 euro.
At the other end, Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] paced the raisers, with shares advancing 0.91% to 55.50 euro on Thursday.
The bourse's total trading turnover fell to 459,299 euro ($464,600) on Thursday rom 1.1 million euro on Wednesday.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] dominated trading on Thursday, as its shares switched hands in transactions worth a total of 248,931 euro. Krka's shares closed 0.60% higher at 99.80 euro.
