September 21 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) recovered on Tuesday, as trading turnover more than halved, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index and the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, rose 1.19% to end at 1,152.54 and 1,341.33 points, respectively, LJSE data showed.
The total trading turnover was lower at 1.1 million euro ($1.3 million) on Tuesday, compared with 2.9 million euro on Monday.
Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] was the most liquid company on the bourse on Tuesday, generating 403,955 euro of turnover. The telco was also the only blue-chip member that lost in share value, closing down 2.99% to 52 euro.
Among the other members of the two stock exchange indices, lender Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJE:NLBR] and insurer Sava Re [LJE:POSR] gained the most, adding 2.82% and 2.75%, respectively. NLB's shares ended at 73 euro, while Sava Re's shares closed at 26.20 euro.
