January 18 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) finished higher on Tuesday, with chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] leading the blue chip winners, bourse data showed.
Cinkarna Celje's shares rose 1.85% to 276 euro, LJSE data showed.
At the other end, port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] paced the decliners, as its shares went down 1.56% to 25.20 euro on Tuesday.
The blue-chip SBITOP index went up 0.60% to 1,323.39 points. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also gained 0.60%, ending at 1,553.86 points.
The bourse's daily trading turnover rose to 3.4 million euro ($3.9 million) on Tuesday, compared with 1.4 million euro generated on Monday.
Fuel retailer Petrol [LJE:PETG] was the most liquid company on the bourse on Tuesday, generating a turnover of 849,776 euro. Its shares closed at 542 euro, up 1.12%.
