July 26 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) advanced on Tuesday, as most of its members closed higher, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index inched up 0.38% to close at 1,125.63 points, while the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, gained 0.36% and ended at 1,381.66 points, LJSE data showed.
Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] paced the gainers for a second consecutive session, as its shares went up 2.52% to 61 euro on Tuesday. The telco's shares gained 0.85% on Monday.
Insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] was the sole decliner among the blue chips, decreasing 0.27% to 37.50 euro.
The bourse's total trading turnover increased to 1.5 million euro ($1.52 million) on Tuesday from 972,023 euro on Monday.
Pharmaceutical company Krka [LJE:KRKG] was the most liquid company, generating a turnover of 357,048 euro on Tuesday. Its shares closed 0.42% higher at 96.60 euro.
