March 8 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) slightly rose on Wednesday, as turnover remained high, bourse data showed.
Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] lead the blue-chip gainers, with shares closing at 54.0 euro, up 0.93% compared to the previous trading day, LJSE data showed.
At the other end, chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] paced the fallers, as its shares decreased 2.07% to 28.40 euro on Thursday.
Total daily regulated market turnover slightly fell to 1.95 million euro ($2.1 million) on Thursday, up from 1.1 million euro generated the previous trading day.
Pharmaceutical company Krka [LJE:KRKG] was the most liquid company on the bourse on Thursday, generating a turnover of 1.2 million euro. Its shares closed up 0.48% to 105.0 euro.
The blue-chip SBITOP index edged up 0.04% to 1,195.47 points on Thursday. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also added 0.04% and closed at 1,511.42 points.
