September 20 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) slightly fell on Wednesday, as chemicals maker Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] paced the decliners, bourse data showed.
Cinkarna Celje's shares dropped 1.27% to 23.30 euro on Wednesday, LJSE data showed.
At the other end, energy group Petrol [LJE:PETG] led the gainers, as its shares went up 0.44% to 22.80 euro.
The blue-chip SBITOP index edged down 0.03% to close at 1,171.04 points. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also lost 0.03% to 1,563.72 points.
The bourse's total trading turnover dropped to 799,603 euro ($852,518) on Wednesday from 485,241 euro on Tuesday.
Pharmaceutical company Krka [LJE:KRKG] was the most liquid company, generating a turnover of 265,342 euro on Wednesday. Its shares closed 3.37% higher at 107.50 euro.
