January 28 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) closed the trading week in red territory, with reinsurer Pozavarovalnica Sava [LJE:POSR] pacing the blue-chip losers, bourse data showed.
Sava's shares fell 1.38% to 28.60 euro on Friday, LJSE data showed.
At the other end, port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] lead the gainers, as its shares advanced 0.78% to 25.80 euro on Friday.
The blue-chip SBITOP index lost 0.69% to close at 1,272.19 points. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also dropped 0.69%, ending at 1,494.19 points.
Pharmaceutical company Krka [LJE:KRKG] was the most liquid company on the bourse, generating a turnover of nearly 1.2 million euro ($1.3 million). Krka's shares closed at 114 euro, down 1.30%.
The bourse's daily trading turnover came in at 1.6 million euro on Friday, higher than 1.3 million euro generated on Thursday.
