August 29 (SeeNews) - The Ljubljana Stock Exchange said on Wednesday it has decided to delist in December the shares of five companies from the ENTER Equity Basic subsegment of the SI ENTER market due to insufficient interest.
Following a review of the SI ENTER market, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange determined that there is insufficient interest by market participants in trading in the shares of specific issuers, it said in a statement.
The issuers being delisted on December 3 include auto club AMZS; plastic elements maker KOLPA; the manufacturer of sanitary paper products Paloma; financial company Vizija Holding; and holding company Vizija Holding Ena.
SI ENTER is a multilateral trading facility - MTF, operated by the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. It enables trading in securities which are not listed on the regulated market and provides for a more transparent and better price formation than the OTC market.
