March 28 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) closed up on Tuesday, as port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] gained the most among the blue chips, LJSE data showed.
Luka Koper's shares rose 1.99% and closed at 25.60 euro on Tuesday, LJSE data showed.
Chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] was the sole decliner among the blue chips, with shares falling 0.71% to 28.0 euro.
The blue-chip SBITOP index ended at 1,189.84 points, up 0.83% compared with the previous trading session. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also added 0.83% and closed at 1,504.30 points.
Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJE:NLBR] generated the highest single trading turnover, as its shares switched hands in transactions worth a total of 549,399 euro ($595,110). The lender's shares advanced 0.57% to 70.0 euro on Tuesday.
Total daily regulated market turnover increased to 864,790 euro on Tuesday from 499,464 euro on Monday.
