May 25 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip SBITOP index of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) fell further on Monday, with port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] pacing the blue-chip losers for a second straight session.
SBITOP edged down 0.04% to 812.76 points on Monday, after shedding 1.76% in the previous trading session.
Luka Koper's shares fell 1.64% to close at 18 euro ($20), following a drop of 3.68% on Friday.
Insurer Sava Re [LJE:POSR] and lender NLB [LJE:NLBR] also fell, with the former shedding 0.65% to close at 15.20 euro and the latter losing 0.54% to close at 37 euro.
At the other end, Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] led the blue-chip gainers by adding 0.44% to close at 45.20 euro.
As usual, trade in shares in pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG] formed the largest trading turnover for Monday - of some 952,000 euro. Krka's share price rose 0.25% to 78.80 euro.
The LJSE did not give a figure for Monday's total turnover.
