June 6 (SeeNews) - The Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) plans to suspend trading in global depositary receipts (GDRs) of Hong Kong-based Tokuei International Logistics Limited on June 7, the bourse said on Tuesday.
The suspension represents a measure for protection of investors' interests and will last until further notice, LJSE said in a statement posted on its website without providing details.
The GDRs are traded on the SI ENTER Market segment of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, in the Advance Shares subsegment, LJSE said.
Tokuei listed about 100 million GDRs of its Slovenian unit, Tokuei Poslovno Svetovanje, on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) in May 2020.
The GDRs are related to the deposited shares of Tokuei.
Privately-held Tokuei, established in 2004, is active in logistics, shipping and related services, specialising in helping its clients import and export their goods into/out of China.
