July 19 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) recorded a three-day losing streak on Tuesday, as total trading turnover dropped, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index fell 1.82% to 1,117.11 points, whereas the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, edged down 0.01% to 1,371.54 points, LJSE data showed.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] paced the decliners, as its shares went down 5.24% to 94 euro on Tuesday. The company's shares accounted for more than half of the total bourse turnover on Tuesday, switching hands in 53 transactions worth a total of 398,931 euro ($408,500).
The bourse's total trading turnover decreased to 695,864 euro on Tuesday from 1.8 million euro on Monday.
Insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] lead the gainers, with shares rising 0.81% to 37.50 euro.
