December 2 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) closed lower for a third trading day in a row on Thursday, as daily trading turnover continued to rise, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index fell 0.32% to 1,217.41 points, while the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, dropped 0.31% to 1,418.99 points, LJSE data showed.
Pharmaceutical company Krka [LJE:KRKG] saw the biggest share drop among the blue-chips, as its shares went down 0.86% to a closing price of 115.50 euro.
Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] paced the gainers on Thursday, with shares rising 0.36% to 56.40 euro.
Lender Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJE:NLBR] generated the highest turnover on the bourse on Thursday - of 1 million euro ($1.1 million). Its shares advanced 0.26% to 76 euro.
Total turnover came in at 3.1 million euro on Thursday, up from 3 million euro generated on Wednesday.
