September 12 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) started the trading week in green territory, with reinsurer Pozavarovalnica Sava [LJE:POSR] leading the blue-chip gainers, bourse data showed.
Sava's shares closed at 22.30 euro, up 3.24%, LJSE data showed.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] was the sole decliner among the blue chips, as its shares lost 0.64% and closed at 92.80 euro. The pharmaceutical company also booked the largest turnover - of 275,749 euro.
The blue-chip SBITOP index ended 0.52% higher at 1,079.01 points, while the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, rose 0.49% to 1,350.36 points on Monday.
Total daily regulated market turnover increased to about 1.2 million euro ($1.2 million) on Monday, compared with 852,233 euro generated on Friday.
