December 4 (SeeNews) - Aerodrom Ljubljana, the operator of Slovenia's main airport, Joze Pucnik, said on Wednesday its net profit edged down to some 6.09 million euro ($8.3 million) in the first nine months of 2013 from 6.14 million euro a year earlier.
Operating revenue rose 1.2% on the year to 24.4 million euro through September while operating costs fell 4.2% to 18.1 million euro, the company said in a bourse filing.
The number of passengers serviced at the airport in the first nine months rose 8.1% on the year to some 1.034 million, while the number of aircraft movements fell to 25,870 from 27,807 a year ago.
Slovenian state-owned flag carrier Adria Airways accounted for 69.5% of the total number of passenger serviced through September, down from 71.9% last year.
In the first nine months of 2013, the Ljubljana airport services 23 scheduled flights, compared with 24 in the same period last year.
