Entrecanales invests EUR 3m in 53,250 Acciona shares

(ADPnews) - Nov 25, 2010 - The chairman of Spanish infrastructure and renewable energy company Acciona (MCE:ANA), Jose Manuel Entrecanales, bought 53,250 shares, equal to 0.08%, investing EUR 3 million (USD 4m) in the company, daily Expansion cited the registers of stock market regulator CNMV.
The chairman acquired the stake on November 19 at a price of between EUR 55.75 and EUR 56.50 apiece raising its interest in Acciona to 0.93%. The acquisition was made via company Drazil Blue.
The Entrecanales family holds a total 59.77% stake in the company.
Acciona traded today at EUR 53.93, down 0.74%, at 0951 CET on the Madrid stock exchange.
