June 29 (SeeNews) - A large explosion occurred on Monday at the plant of Bulgarian cellulose producer Svilosa in the city of Svishtov, but there were no casualties, the local authorities said.
There is no danger to the population as a result of the blast at the plant, Svishtov municipality said in a statement.
Svilosa, through its unit Svilocell, is the largest producer of bleached kraft pulp in Bulgaria.
