May 26 (SeeNews) - Total turnover on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) almost tripled to 1.83 million euro ($2.04 million) on Friday from 659,380 euro in the previous trading session, bourse data showed.
Krka [LJE:KRKG] contributed 552,120 euro to Friday's trading turnover, as the drug maker's shares fell 1.12% to 52.89 euro.
Fuel retailer Petrol [LJE:PETG] scored the second-largest trading turnover of 473,980 euro, while Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] came in third with 473,220 euro, of which 420,000 euro were generated by a single block deal.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, dropped 0.26% to 789.05 points on Friday, after adding 0.33% in the previous session.
Hand tools maker Unior [LJE:UKIG] fell the most on Friday, by 1.84% to 18.165 euro, in a slim turnover of 160 euro.
KD Group [LJE:KDHR] led the blue-chip gainers, rising 4.14% to a closing price of 7.29 euro, in a trading turnover of just 70 euro.
