November 24 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) advanced on Wednesday, with pharmaceutical company Krka [LJE:KRKG] leading the blue-chip gainers and topping the turnover list, bourse data showed.
Krka's shares closed the session 2.13% higher at 120 euro, generating a turnover of 1.3 million euro ($1.5 million), LJSE data showed.
Chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] paced the decliners, with shares falling 1.54% to 255 euro on Wednesday.
The blue-chip SBITOP index rose 0.88% to 1,251.27 points on Wednesday. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also increased 0.88% and closed at 1,458.40 points.
Total daily regulated market turnover jumped to 2.7 million euro, compared with 954,272 euro generated on Tuesday.
