LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), November 25 (SeeNews) – A drop in the share price of Slovenian pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG] dragged down the blue-chip SBITOP index of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Monday, LJSE's data showed.
The SBITOP fell 0.35% to 898.76 points.
Krka's shares lost 1.38% to 71.4 euro. The company generated also the largest portion of the LJSE's trading turnover on Monday – 779,920 euro.
The total turnover of the stock exchange fell to 1.64 million euro ($1.8 million) from 2.99 million euro on Friday.
Hand tools manufacturer Unior [LJSE:UKIG] posted the biggest gains among the Slovenian blue-chip companies on Monday, erasing losses it suffered in the previous session.
Unior's share price rose 3.57% to 14.5 euro. On Friday, the company's shares closed 4.11% lower at 14.0 euro.
