July 19 (SeeNews) - Slovenian drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] generated 87% of Tuesday’s trading turnover on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), bourse data showed.
Trading in Krka shares generated a turnover of 1.48 million euro ($1.7 million). The stock closed 0.09% lower at 55.00 euro.
Total trading turnover on the LJSE rose to 1.71 million euro on Wednesday from 689,290 euro on Tuesday.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the Ljubljana bourse, rose by 0.07% to 801.03 points following a 0.35% drop on Tuesday.
Finance company KD Group [LJE:KDHR] rose the most among the blue-chip companies on Wednesday, closing 4.04% higher at 7.181 euro.
Fuel retailer Petrol [PETG] was the top blue-chip decliner on Wednesday, as its shares closed 0.53% lower at 373.00 euro.
