October 8 (SeeNews) - Kosovo retailer Viva Fresh Store is buying North Macedonia's peer Kit-Go for over 50 million euro ($57.7 million), North Macedonian media reported on Friday.
The two parties have already signed a contract for the transaction, which is expected to be completed not sooner than January 2022, business website Faktor reported.

Pristina-headquartered Viva Fresh, established in 2003 in the town of Ferisaj, is one of the largest retail chain operators in Kosovo. It has 96 points of sale in 25 cities. The retailer opened a store in North Macedonia in 2019.
Kit-Go operates 24 stores in 11 cities in North Macedonia.
