September 22 (SeeNews) - Kosovo's trade deficit in August grew by 3.1% year-on-year to 455.8 million euro ($485.7 million), the statistical office, ASK, said on Friday.
Exports decreased 20.7% on the year to 67.3 million euro in August, while imports declined by 0.7% to 523.1 million euro, ASK said in a monthly statement.
Kosovo exported mainly products from the “other products” group, metals, food, beverage and tobacco plastic and rubber, and plant-derived products.
