May 29 (SeeNews) - Kosovo’s loan loss coverage stood at 147% at the end of April, the acting governor of the country’s central bank, Bashkim Nurboja, said on Monday without providing comparative data.
The share of non-performing loans in the outstanding loan portfolio was 2% in April, the governor said, as quoted in a statement by the central bank.
The outstanding loan portfolio of Kosovo banks amounted to 4.56 billion euro in April, a 35% increase from the same month in 2022, according to data published earlier by the central bank earlier.
