May 31 (SeeNews) - Kosovo's government decided to relax some of its Covid-19 measures and scrap the night curfew as of Monday morning as new cases have been falling recently, the prime minister's office said.
A curfew between 10:30 pm and 5 am was in force until Sunday.
Public gatherings are now limited to 50 people indoors and 100 people outdoors, but social distancing must be maintained, Kosovo's prime minister office said in a statement on Friday.
Gathering of more than ten people is prohibited from midnight to 5 am.
Under the new measures, bars and restaurants are allowed to work until 11 pm and can serve up to 50 clients per 100 square metres.
The number of new Covid-19 cases in the last two weeks was 67.08% lower than the previous two-week period, according to the statement.
