September 14 (SeeNews) - Steel radiator manufacturer Korado Bulgaria [BUL:KBG], part of Czech Republic-based Korado Group, said on Wednesday that its shareholders endorsed the management's proposal for the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.10 levs per share for the first half of 2022, unchanged from a year earlier.
Korado Bulgaria will distribute a dividend payout of some 1.32 million levs ($675,450 /674,905 euro) for the first six months of 2022, it said in a statement.
The company's net profit rose 86% on the year in the January-June period, to 2.8 million levs.
The half-year dividend is unchanged regardless of the unpredictable business climate of recent years and the current market environment, Korado Bulgaria said.
Korado Bulgaria paid a total dividend of 0.29 levs per share for the full year 2021.
Shares in Korado Bulgaria closed flat at 7.05 levs in its most recent trading session on the Sofia bourse on Tuesday.
