BELGRADE (Serbia), April 3 (SeeNews) – Lender Komercijalna banka [BEL:KMBN] generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Friday, as stock indices ended up, bourse data showed.
A total of 2,000 Komercijalna shares changed hands in turnover of 5.1 million dinars. Komercijalna closed down 0.31% at 2,540 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session up 0.04% at 645.32 points.
Oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] led the blue-chip gainers' list as its share price rose 0.55% to 551 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed up 0.02% at 1,443.41.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 11.6 million dinars ($106,500/98,700 euro) on Friday, down from 25 million dinars on Thursday, as 57 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 156,250 dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 277,360 dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Friday.
In the period between March 30 and April 3, BELEX15 rose by 1.21% and BELEXline grew by 0.63%.
The total value of trading on the Belgrade stock market this week was 83 million dinars, versus 2.183 billion dinars last week.
