December 27 (SeeNews) - Lender Komercijalna banka [BEL:KMBN] generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Friday, as stock indices ended mixed, bourse data showed.
A total of 1,055 Komercijalna shares changed hands in turnover of 3.4 million dinars. Komercijalna closed down 0.80% at 3,222 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session down 0.29% at 780.69 points.
Industrial gases maker Messer Tehnogas [BEL:TGAS] led the blue-chip gainers' list, as its share price rose 3.49% to 13,619 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed up 0.14% at 1,698.51.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 605.4 million dinars ($5.8 million/5.1 million euro) on Friday, up from Thursday's 9.5 million dinars, as 158 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 1.9 million dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 590 million dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Friday.
