December 18 (SeeNews) - Lender Komercijalna banka [BEL:KMBN] generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Wednesday, as stock indices ended mixed, bourse data showed.
A total of 531 Komercijalna shares changed hands in turnover of 1.6 million dinars. Komercijalna shares closed down 1.30% at 2,950 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session down 0.18% at 768.06 points.
Oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] led the blue-chip gainers' list as its share price rose 0.27% to 730 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed up 0.32% at 1,694.47.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 1.453 billion dinars ($13.7 million/12.4 million euro) on Wednesday, up from Tuesday's 7.1 million dinars, as 72 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 4 million dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 1.444 billion dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Wednesday.
