July 17 (SeeNews) - Lender Komercijalna banka [BEL:KMBN] generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Wednesday, as stock indices ended down, bourse data showed.
A total of 5,058 Komercijalna shares changed hands in a turnover of 16.4 million dinars. Komercijalna closed down 1.55% at 3,249 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session 0.95% lower at 750.37 points.
Aluminium rolling mill Impol Seval [BEL:IMPL] led the blue-chip gainers' list, as its share price grew 2.74% to 3,300 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, fell 0.63% to 1,572.65.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 75 million dinars ($714,500/637,200 euro) on Wednesday, up from Tuesday's 41.1 million dinars, as 90 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the exchange generated a turnover of 504,186 dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 50 million dinars to the total turnover on the stock market on Wednesday.
