August 13 (SeeNews) - Romanian plastic products maker Teraplast [BSE:TRP] said on Wednesday that KJK Fund II SICAV-SIF has raised its stake in the company to 10.0389%.
KJK Fund II now owns 29 million Teraplast shares, the company said in a statement filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange, without disclosing further details.

The fund bought 6.3% of Teraplast in October 2012. At end-June 2014, individual Dorel Goia was the biggest shareholder in the company, with a stake of 46.8%.
Teraplast shares closed 8.45% higher at 0.2695 lei (0.0812/0.0608 euro) on Tuesday.
The company turned to a net profit of 5.2 million lei last year, on sales worth 226.6 million lei.
KJK Fund II, launched in 2012 by Finland's KJK Capital, is a specialized investment vehicle designated for investments in the Balkan region focusing on both listed and private equity assets.
