February 21 (SeeNews) - Turkish explosives producer Kirlioglu has reached full ownership of Bosnia and Herzegovina's detonators manufacturer Pobjeda Rudet [SAJ:PRDGRK3] following a buyout bid, Pobjeda Rudet said.
A total of eight Pobjeda Rudet equity owners holding 1,034 shares among themselves that represent 0.3216% interest, accepted Kirlioglu's offer to sell their shares, Pobjeda Rudet said in a bourse filing on Monday.

Kirlioglu offered 196 marka ($106.9/100.2 euro) per each Pobjeda Rudet share in the buyout offer launched in January. The Turkish company owned 99.6784% of Pobjeda Rudet at the time.
Pobjeda Rudet manufactures electric detonators and detonating cords, among other products. The company's shares last traded on the Sarajevo bourse on December 7, closing flat at 196 marka.
