March 13 (SeeNews) - Insurance company KD Group [LJE:KDHR] was the top blue-chip gainer in Tuesday’s trading session on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), bourse data indicated.
KD Group shares closed 10.24% higher at 7.0 euro ($8.68) in a trading turnover of 270 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, rose 0.55% to 822.66 points on Tuesday, after closing flat on Monday.
Total trading turnover on the LJSE rose sharply to 1.28 million euro on Tuesday from 296,270 euro on Monday.
Fuel retailer Petrol [LJE:PETG] generated the day's largest turnover, of 512,700 euro.
White goods manufacturer Gorenje [LJE:GRVG] fell the most among blue chips on the LJSE, closing 4.44% lower at 5.6 euro.
