March 10 (SeeNews) - Panama-based hotel management group Karisma Resorts International plans to invest 100 million euro ($107 million) in Plat hotel near Dubrovnik, Croatian media reported.
Karisma Resorts International has become sole owner of local consultancy and management company KHA Cetiri d.o.o., which is the majority shareholder of the hotel, the Jutarnji List daily reported earlier this week. The deal will enable Karisma to revitalise the hotel.

By the time this story was published, Karisma Resorts International has not responded to an email by SeeNews seeking details about the takeover and the planned investments.
The Plat hotel is located 15 kilometres from Dubrovnik and 10 km from Dubrovnik airport.
Karisma runs hotels in Mexico, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic and Montenegro.
