May 29 (SeeNews) - Construction company Jedinstvo [BEL:JESV] generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Friday, as stock indices ended up, bourse data showed.
A total of 6,000 Jedinstvo shares changed hands in turnover of 36 million dinars. Jedinstvo lost 7.66% and closed at 6,002 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session up 0.67% at 673.16 points.
Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] led the blue-chip gainers' list as its share price rose 3.69% to 900 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed up 0.14% at 1,490.84.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 1.309 billion dinars ($12.4 million/11.1 million euro) on Friday, up from 8.4 million dinars on Thursday, as 158 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 37,500 dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 1.272 billion dinars to the total turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Friday.
In the period between May 25 and May 29, BELEX15 rose by 0.48% and BELEXline grew by 0.20%.
The total value of trading on the Belgrade stock market this week was 1.481 billion dinars, versus 1.442 billion dinars last week.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 1.389 billion dinars to the total turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange this week, up from 1.396 billion dinars last week.
