"Yazaki has a contract with Mercedes until 2023, and their plan is to expand that contract until 2030. They are interested in operating in the city of Sabac for the next 15 years, and that is a secure job for over 3,000 of our fellow citizens," Sabac mayor, Aleksandar Pajic, said in the press release after a meeting with company representatives.
The Japanese company opened in September 2017 its Sabac factory, where it produces wiring harnesses for Daimler trucks.
