September 20 (SeeNews) - Japanese high-speed network testing and measuring equipment producer Anritsu extended its office lease in the Globalworth Tower in Bucharest, London-listed Globalworth Real Estate Investment said on Monday.
A Globalworth tenant since 2017, Anritsu carries out its activity on a total area of 800 sq m in the office tower, the real estate company said in a press release.
"During the Covid pandemic, our attention shifted to the measures to prevent the spread of disease and to improve the safety in our headquarters," Anritsu general manager added Adrian Ichimescu said.
Globalworth Tower, which is classified as Class A, rises to 120 m over 26 floors and has a gross leasable area of 54,000 sq m.
Globalworth is a listed real estate company active in Central and Eastern Europe, quoted on the AIM-segment of the London Stock Exchange.
In Romania, the company is present with both office and logistics projects in Bucharest, Timisoara, Oradea, Arad, Constanta, and Pitesti.
