December 20 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel operator Jadran [ZSE:JDRN] topped the blue-chip gainers' list on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Thursday, bourse data showed.
Jadran's shares closed 1.35% higher at 15.00 kuna.
Croatian food, beverage and drug producer Podravka [ZSE:PODR] generated the highest trading turnover of 3.04 million kuna. The company closed unchanged at 372.00 kuna.
Diversified holding Djuro Djakovic [ZSE:DDJH] paced the blue-chip decliners, as its share price decreased by 8.11% to 11.90 kuna.
The bourse's total trading turnover grew to 12.4 million kuna ($1.9 million/1.6 million euro) on Thursday from 7.9 million kuna on Wednesday.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index of the ZSE fell 0.64% to 1,729.87 points, after going down 0.37% on Wednesday.
The narrower of the bourse's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, dropped 0.58% to 1,010.63 points, after decreasing 0.86% in the previous trading session.
The fixed-income CROBIS index closed down 0.05% at 111.0303 points.
