November 9 (SeeNews) - Italian digital transformation consultancy company Alkemy has acquired the 49% stake in the capital of Serbian advertising and marketing firm Kreativa New Formula (KNF) it did not already own, Alkemy said.
The transaction worth 150,000 euro ($173,900) was carried out through Alkemy SEE, a Belgrade-based subsidiary of Alkemy, the Italian company said in a statement on Monday.

With the acquisition, Alkemy will accelerate the integration of KNF within the group, expanding its business beyond the Balkan region, it explained.
Alkemy acquired a 51% stake in the capital of KNF in April 2018. The acquisition agreement included a put and call option, under which Alkemy would acquire the entire capital of KNF in five years.
Alchemy supports big and medium-sized companies in improving their competitiveness by stimulating the evolution of their business model in coherence with technological innovation and consumer relations.
