LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), January 15 (SeeNews) - Italian-owned investment fund Private Value Capital Management plans to develop a 50 million euro ($56 million) spa resort project in Slovenia's popular wine region of Brda, the local municipality said.

The investment fund signed a letter of intent on the Spa Resort Terme Brda project on January 10, presenting its plans to build tourism and health facilities offering more than 100 rooms and apartments, swimming pools, a congress hall, restaurants and boutique shops, the Brda municipality said in a statement last week.

The resort will be located between the village Medana and Fojana, in western Slovenia.
